Essay

In a thesis the problems of advancing metal cutting machine tools of turning group for a realization of atypical operation - treating of polygon surfaces by a method of kinematical adjustment are reviewed. The purpose of analytical research was creation of a mathematical model of a technological system, in which one the treating of a polygon surface is carried out. The pattern consists of 9 differential second-kind equations, 6 of which one describe radial oscillating, and 3 - rotational. Influencing technological and other factors on a system behaviour, and also inaccuracy of formation of the shape of a polygon surface is parsed. The experimental researches included research of a technological system in a static, research of influencing of technological and other factors on the characteristic size of a treated polygon surface and production-line testing of a technological system. Matching results of mathematical modelling and experimental researches also is realized, which one has given satisfactory results. On a foundation held idealized and experimental researches the principle of creation of the specialized scientific, technological and designer software is proposed, the communal recommendations for usage of a method and device for treating polygon surfaces, and also recommendation for retrofit of existing and developed metal cutting machine tools of turning group are designed. The forecast economic benefit guesses quick payback of measures on retrofit.
