Subject of research - patients with reactive spondyloarthritis caused by Chlamydia trachomatis (RSA); aim - the determination of role of disorders of blood rheological properties (BRP) and endothelial disfunction of vessels in pathogenesis of RSA; methods - clinical, laboratory, bacterioscopic, biophysics, physics-chemical, biochemical, immunoenzymatic, electrophysiological, ultrasonic, statistic; newness - pathogenetic value of erythrocytic, thrombocytic and plasmic link disorders of BRP has been proved at first, they are determined by endothelial disfunction of vessels, the correlation with individual clinic-laboratory symptoms of disease (the presence of Chlamydia trachomatis in organism and antibodies to it, the affection of peripheral joints, sacroiliac joints, spinal column, urogenital organs, eyes, skin, heart, kidneys, vegetative nervous system) has been demonstrated, as result of using of drugs, which correct rheological state of blood (cyclopheron, polyenzymatic formula of systemic enzymotherapy), has been increased the effectivness of medical methods; results -the criteria for estimation of course of RSA and for prognosis of effectivness of treatment of disease have been distinguished, the rational medical technology of treatment for these patients with using of drugs, which correct disorders of BRP has been devised; it has been introduced in practice of rheumatological and therapeutic departments in hospitals of Donetsk, Lugansk, Poltava, Kharkov, and as well in educational process in Donetsk Medical University; sphere of using - medical-diagnostic process of rheumatological, therapeutic, gynecologic, dermatovenerologic departments, a teaching process in therapeutic sub-faculties of medical universities.
