The stages of the onthomorphogeny of 14 species of the genus. The peculiarities of the flowering, fructification and seeds' productivity have been studied. The methods of generative and vegetative reproduction have been carried out, and their optimal periods have been determined. The seasonal rhytms of the development of the Iris species have been studied. The most perspective for introduction species were selected.
