Doctorant work is devoted to development of new structures of ecological safety refractory coatings on the base of water and reception aluminum castings made by Lost-foam process provides high dimensional accuracy and surface parameters.In the dissertation the new refractory coating of the base of pyrofillyte and perlite has been introduced, that provide high required dimensional accuracy, good roughness surface quality of castings. Water-based refractory coatings in comparison with alcohol base coatings are most heat-resistant, non-polluting, they as are not toxic, not flammable and possess high survivability. Using refractory coatings on a water basis there is an opportunity to apply cheap refractory materials, binding and the stabilizers in their contents (such as pyrofillyte, decstryne and bentonite) widely available in Ukraine.
