Tovmasyan V. Complex treatment of fingers constrictor sinews at critical zone

The paper, based on great material, considers problems of complex medical treatment of damaged sinews of constrictors of arm digits at the critical zone, namely: new tactical approaches and improvement of surgical treatment techniques have been proposed; new system of ultrasound criteria of predicting the flow of post-operative period have been developed; holder for upper limb for easing operator’s work and lessening of the number of assistants has been developed and implemented; new techniques of sinew stitches have been developed and implemented; strength of the proposed way of stitching ends of sinews has been experimentally proved; theoretical and biomechanical grounds of the necessity of renewing of integrity of copula apparatus of bone-fibrous channel in cases of damaged sinews of arm digits constrictors have been laid; efficient system of post-operative rehabilitation of patients with damaged sinews of arm digits at critical zone have been developed and implemented
