Object of research: processes of credit man-agement of commercial bank. Purpose of research: modeling of the system of credit management of commercial bank that provides most effective im-plementation of bank credit activity. Methods of research: methods of management by commercial banks; economic and mathematical modeling, in-formation technologies. Results: conception of syn-thesis of the system of credit management of com-mercial bank; complex of models of process of management of plastic cards' turnover; dynamic simulation model of functioning of commercial bank; mechanism of enterprise's investment attrac-tiveness estimation as the potential borrower of commercial bank; complex of models and methods of credit management in the consumer crediting. Novelty: conception of synthesis of the system of credit management of commercial bank is first de-veloped; the complex of models of process of man-agement of plastic cards turnover is first developed; the dynamic simulation model of functioning of commercial bank is first developed; the mechanism of estimation of investment attractiveness of enter-prise as the potential borrower of commercial bank is improved; the complex of models and methods of credit management in the consumer crediting is im-proved.
