Object: production activity of enterprises of capital building of own and use on them of material resources. Purpose: development of recommendations and suggestions in relation to perfection of consideration and control . Theoretical results: development and improvement of theoretical, methodical and practical positions in relation to consideration and control of the use of material resources. Practical results: recommendations in relation to adaptation to technology of implementation building and of installation the works of operative-book-keeping (balance) method of consideration of material resources with application of computer technologies; methodical principles of drafting of nomenclature-price-list at a sole registration price; limitation of expense of materials in building after the normative method; tehnico-economichniy control of saving and use of constructions and materials of the unware-house saving. Novelty: classification of material and technical resources is improved in consideration and control depending on their technological setting; got subsequent development organizational-methodical approaches of control of rhythm of delivery and use of material and technical resources according to logistic of forming of inventories, model of operative-technological control.
