Research subject: albino rats, line Wistar. Aims: study of regulation features of enzymes of nitrogenous exchange activity under the action of heavy metal salts - cobalt and mercury chloride. Research methods - spectrophotometric, titrometric, differential centrifugation. It has been shown that introduction of cobalt or mercury chlorides provoked an a raise in aminotransferase activity in liver, kidney and heart, and arginase activity in liver, in so doing the dynamics of shifts in activity of these enzymes depended on the kind of metal. The contributions of transcription mechanisms in liver tyrosine aminotransferase activity regulation and alpha-tocopherol and tryptophane in the process of organisation of protective responses under the mentioned influences were shown. Application area: in medicine (toxicology); in research; at reading of General Biochemistry and special courses.
