Factors of the influence on the fitting are classified and their weight is found. Mathematical model of design of constructive elements, which make a form of the ledge, is designed. Theoretical bases of geometries of the dart are analyzed. Geometrical and mathematical models of curvilinear part of seams are designed. Conditions of the equilibrium of forms of constructions with curved seams are investigated by accounting of potential energy of deformation of the bend and the tension of elements of fabric. Influence of type of the dividing lines on the appearance of defects of the fitting is investigated. Designed methods of harmonization of position of breast’s dart in a model construction and determinations of dart’s length in model position are used in basis of method of construction modification.
