The dissertation is devoted to investigation into theoretical and methodical grounds as well as to elaboration of practical recommendations considering efficient structural and eco-nomical progress of industrial production departing from its promising structural-economical kinds, - particularly, fran-chise, subcontract and industrial leasing, - developing. Sub-stantiated is the expediency of promotion of small structural-economical forms of industry.The conception of information analytical maintenance of such industrial progressive trends developed, relates to creating a mechanism of industry subjects’ informational support as well as methodical supply of their choice as to the structural eco-nomical type based onto industrial cooperation ground. Pro-posed is a model of rating estimation and industrial branch data bank creation for potential participants of such coopera-tive links at industry.
