Object processes of organizational providing of industrial pro-duction restructional management. The purpose of investigation is the development of theoretical propositions and working out of techniques and practical directions on organizational providing of industrial production restructional management forming. Methods - dialectic; economical statistical; the comparative and structural analysis; analytical and logic. Novelty - conceptual points stated for the first time about forming of the mechanism of organizational providing of industrial production restructional management taking into account the factors of organizational-economical and struc-tural-technological character influence on the development of in-dustrial complexes in the circumstances of transitional economy. Result - the suggested system of criteria on evaluation of the condi-tions of the subjects of management, which must be restructurized. Is introduced - at the industrial enterprises of Ukraine, in educa-tional process.
