In dissertational work the subject of researches is one of the ways to improve circular-screw gearing by synthesis of toothing rational geometric parameters with asymmetric function of transmission ratio (transmissions by noncircular toothed gear wheel). For this purpose the mathematical model of transmission is developed on the basis of offered basic and additional conditions of synthesis. The theoretical analysis of efficiency of this model was made according to geometro-kinematical criterions by comparing with transmissions, which have constant transmission ratio. The work demonstrates the possibility to apply gearing with asymmetric function of transmission ratio for struggling against resonance oscillations that allows extending functional capacities of using transmission by noncircular toothed gear wheels. The adequacy of theoretical modeling is proved by results of experimental researches.
