Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the creation of new highly sensitive and selective spectrophotometric methods for the determination of P(V) and As(V) which do not use concentration. Formation of molybdenum and mixed heteropolycomplexes of P(V) and As(V) having Keggin structure in micellar solutions of nonionic surface active substances was investigated. For the first time, possibility of indirect amplification determination of P(V) without extraction separation of reagent excess was shown. First, formation of ionic associates between polymethine dyes and Keggin heteropolyanions was used for the quantitative determination of P(V) and As(V). Methods for the determination of P(V) and As(V) were developed which allow to determine them in waters, alloys and pure chemicals with high sensitivity and selectivity (detection limit for Р is 0,6 mkg•l-1, for As(V) -1,5 mkg•l-1).
