Thesis contains the analysis of results experimental investigation and quantum-chemical calculation of ways of chemical and electrochemical synthesis of luminol in water-organic medium and also data about physico-chemical properties of synthesized polymeric compounds. The oxidative polycondensation of luminol, as demonstrate quantum-chemical calculations and IR-spectroscopy ivestigations, results in formation of cation radical which is isomerized in radical quinoid type and capable to recombine with primary cation radical with formation of dimer on the type "head to head". The influence character of polyluminol which electrochemical precipitation on the platinum electrode, its capable adsorbtion on the surface of electrode the different ferments were investigation. The different ferments were immobilized on the electrode surface modified by polyluminol and these electrodes as platform for amperometric biosensors were used. The effect character of modified by polyluminol electrode on the rapidly of ferment reaction were research. The Michaelis-Menten constants were calculations too.
