Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying of physico-chemical peculiarities of intermolecular interaction in aqueous systems on the base of polymethacrylic acid and surfactants of different nature. The estimation of forces caused physico-chemical interaction was done and the thermodynamics parameters of the binding process (binding parameter, appearance constant of binding, standart free Gibbs energy, entropy and enthalpy of the binding process) were calculated. It was shown that the polymethacrylic acid-surfactants interaction is exothermic and thermodynamically advantageous. The process of binding has a different character and depends on nature of surfaces active component. It was ascertained that the main role in interaction the carboxylic groups of the PMAA play. The idealized models of the polymethacrylic acid-surfactant of different nature were presented. These schemes took into consideration the stage character of interaction and changes in complexes structure under increasing of the surfactant concentration. It was determined that levomycetin solubilization in PMAA-Triton X-100 and PMAA-BTC systems leds to the essential increasing of it bactericidal action.
