Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of principles and techniques of effective designing of linear paths in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing for increase of their noise stability, transmission quality and reliability of functioning. There is developed the technique of account of parameters of linear mutual influences between channels in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing because of final values of attenuations in demultiplexer, thus for the first time it is offered to apply elements of the theory of mutual influences between circuits of communication lines with use metal cables. There is developed the new method of measurement of parameters of linear mutual influences between channels in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing with application of optical spectrum analyzers which is more ergonomic and requires smaller resources. There is developed the technique of account of products of nonlinear channels interaction in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing in an optical fibre allowing to calculate as total of products of nonlinear interaction and their quantity and distribution is investigated within the limits of a working strip of frequencies. There is developed the technique of an estimation of a level of handicapes caused by nonlinear effect of 4-wave mixing effect, with application of optical spectrum analyzers and optical capacity measuring device. There is developed and the new technique of account of size of mutual influences between channels in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing, spectral characteristics, caused by the transmitter contribution, is investigated. The principles of reduction of mutual interchannel influences in fiber-optical transmission systems with wavelength division multiplexing are offered. The area of implementations is the telecommunication systems.
