The object - foreign policy of Great Britain at the beginning of the 20th century. The aim - argumentation and interpretations of views and conceptions of different groups of British society on the main problems of foreign policy during 1902 - 1914. Methods - comparative-historical, conflict study method, prosopographical, content analysis, factor analysis. Complex research on British social, political and public views concerning the important questions of foreign policy at the beginning of the twentieth century: the transition from traditional policy of "Brilliant isolation" to the block policy, concluding treaties of alliance with Japan, France and Russia, getting into closer terms with Germany, the problems of war and peace. The spheres of use are the training courses and state policy.
