Essay

The results of parallel research of complaints, vertebrologic disorders, haemo-dynamic, dopplerographic, reoencepha-lographic, microcyrculational indexes and blood pressure in the patients with arterial hypertension and concomitant pathological changes in the cervical vertebral segments are given in the dissertation. The close association between disor-ders of cerebral haemodynamic and the pathological changes in the cervical segments, as well as dependence of blood pres-sure level from state of cerebral microcirculation were deter-mined as a result of the statistical and correlation analysis . The analysis of pathological changes in the cervical depart-ment of spine was conducted, as well as the classification of traumatic elements was offered. Determination of vertebro-genic arterial hypertension was formulated, the scheme of pathogenesis and esencialization was presented, the diagnostic criteria and features of medical treatment was developed.
