Essay

Investigation objects: polyethyleneglycols, 1,2-propandiol. Purpose: analyse of interparticle interactions influence on solubility of substances of different nature in glycoles and mixed solvents based on them Methods: IR-, NMR-spectroscopy, conductometry, derivatography, densimetry, viscosymetry, dielectrometry, radioactive indicators method, flame-emissive spectroscopy. The influence of the number of oxyethyl groups in a PEG molecule, PEG chain conformation state, dielectric permeability, the character of hydrogen bonds in glycoles studied on complex formation, solubilizing and solvation PEG capacity to alkali metals salts was stated has been established. Factors that influence nitrate, caesium perchlorate and 1-[2,4-dichlor-(-(2,4-dichlorbensiloxy)phenethil]imidasolum nitrate solubility in 1,2-propandiol-polyethyleneglycol-400 system, caesium perchlorate solubility in 1,2-propandiol-ethanol and N-[4-(diftormethil)tiophenyl]-2-amino benzoic acid in 1,2-propandiol-water system are discussed. Degree ofapplication: the data of caesium salts and alkali metals chlorids solubility, complex formation constants could be used for radioactive waste purification. The results was applicated in "Pharmaceutical firm "Darnitsa" and "Borshagovsky chimico-farmaceutitcheskiy savod".
