Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the research of miniature automated sources of the initial ionization for the antenna switch board radar band of millimetres and sub millimetres range waves and sources of electric current, where the operation is connected with energy of tritium -exposure. During the work the possibilities of the initial ionization source for Superhigh-frequency discharge of radar bands based on metal-tritium structures, combined with channels electron multipliers and micro channels plates were investigated. The sources of initial ionization are formed by two counter needle shaped electrode tritide titanium on conical surface. Experimental results were obtained, physical technical characteristics of the initial sources were studied , flat transformers with the energy of ?-exposure (tritium type Shottki diod based on tritide of titanium or scandium on monocryctal р-selicon, hydrogenated amorphous selicon, gallium phosphate and tellurid cadmium and p-n-getera transition, based on wide compound of А2В6 with the inserted spatial charge of varizonium layers. The installation of ion beam low energy implantation was created and experimental results concerning the implantation of podium and deuterium ions dehydrogenated and post hydrogenated amorphous silicon with the subsequent low temperature diffusing in vacuum was obtained.
