Essay

The present state of algae growing on plant and stone substrata in the river Teteriv and its small reservoirs is researched. The peculiarities of organic substance formation on plant and stone substrata are researched. It is established for the first time that algae groups both on plant and stone substrata play the leading role in hydroecosystems and are important bioindicators of water reservoir condition, water environment quality and give possibility to identify waters of middle and small rivers.
