Essay

The object is multilayer quater wave periodic systems; the aim is to develop physical and engineering basement for producing new effective multilayer periodic polimer-germanium system with optimal parameters for filtering far IR radiation; the methods are matrix multilayer system amplitude transmission coefficients calculation technique, multicreterea optimization, thermal evaporation, IR-spectroscopy; the new approach lies in multicreterea optimization based noval formulation and solution of the synthesis problem for multilayer system of [air-polyethelene-germanium-air]-type system; new physical and engineering basement of multilayer polyethelen-germanium system production; the main results consist in development a new technique for quater wave cut off multilayer periodic system synthesis which allowed to obtain a complete solution of the problem as an atlas of Pareto-optimal systems; the technique of multilayer polimer-germanium system creation is developed; implemented by "Ergos",Ltd.: the field isproduction of optical devices; implemented by national enterprise "Rubin" the field is production of IR detectors
