Object of research; structurally functional infringements of joints at revmatoidnom an arthritis and their evolution. The purpose of work: to improve results of treatment of patients with defeats of an elbow joint at revmatoidnom an arthritis by a substantiation and improvement artroplastiki. Methods of research: clinical-laboratory, biomechanical, radiological, statistical. Scientific novelty: for the first time the biomechanical model of an elbow joint is developed. For the first time biomechanical and clinical researches, modelling of the articulate ends are resulted, features of functional loadings on various departments of an elbow joint in norm and after lead artroplastiki are established, and also the device of external fixing which provides adequate rehabilitation in the postoperative period is offered. Complex diagnostics of structurally functional infringements at patients with revmatoidnym an arthritis of an elbow joint allows to introduce in practice system of regenerative treatment of thegiven category of patients at different stages of disease. On the basis of сlinical-biomechanical researches the operative method of treatment which allows to improve results of treatment is proved, to reduce time of . treatment, to reduce invalidizatsiju patients, to increase opportunities household and social adaptation. Tactics of orthopedic treatment of defeats of an elbow joint at revmatoidnom an arthritis is introduced in practice of clinic of diseases of joints of Institute of traumatology and orthopedy AMN of Ukraine, orthopedic-traumatologic branch of road clinical hospital № 1 cities of Kiev, clinical hospitals № 30 and № 9 cities of Kiev. Materials robots are used in educational process of faculty of traumatology and orthopedy of National medical university of a name of A.A.Bogomoltsa.
