bject of investigation is the relations between evolution changes in the genes of HA and NA and functional properties of these proteins . Target is structural and functional properties of hemagglutinin and neuraminidase are essential for potential ability of virus H9N2 to pass from birds to mammals. .Methods : serological (hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition tests), PCR, DNA sequencing, spectrophotometrya. The present studies have shown a correlation between changes and the point mutations in HA and NA genes. Were shown that all these changes in HA and NA properties were approaching to those optimal for mammalian organisms.
