In dissertation work theorems about existence and uniqueness of decisions of the linear discrete control systems with regional terms and limitations of phases are proved. The analytical upshots of the linear discrete control systems with regional terms and limitations of phases are built. The necessary terms of optimum of linear discrete control systems with regional terms for functional of quality in a kind are proved. These are: a) functions of a minimum of residual of decision; b) functions of a minimum of norm of main decision; c) to a minimum of amount of the controlling influences. The algorithms of finding of optimum structure of linear discrete control with the regional terms of a minimum of residual of decision and a minimum of norm of main decision system are developed.
