The process of the quasistationary electron spectrum formation is investigated in opened spherical quantum dot from stationary in three shell two well closed spherical quantum dot with infinite thickness of the outer well. It is established the theory of electron quasistationary states in single opened spherical quantum dot for arbitrary barrier thicknesses. It is developed the theory of exciton quasistationary states and the theory of exciton-phonon interaction in SOSQD.
