The object of research is the process of multiply access telecommunicational networks functioning; the target of research is increase of the efficiency of multiply access telecommunicational networks engineering, based on new their mathematical models development approach which considers that basic network characteristics are enable to influence on the complex quality of network functioning indicator, and makes possible network structure planning in breaking points; the methods of research are the theory of waiting systems, probabilistic analysis, the theory of experiment and computer simulation; theoretical and practical results are: mathematical model of complex characteristic of quality, which allows to take into an account network operating in the critical modes were developed; a number of algorithms and methods of estimation of the time-probability characteristics of operating of the telecommunication networks were developed; mathematical models of time-probability characteristics in the telecommunication networks in different critical modes were improved; implementation degree - within the limits of the brunch; sphere of application - telecom networks and systems.
