Thesis for degree of a candidate of technical sciences on specialty 05.07.09 - Dynamics, Ballistics and Flying Vehicle Flight Control. The thesis is devoted to the dynamics laws determination for a satellite with a tethered system of gravitational stabilization in the neighborhood of an equilibrium radial position and assessment of possibilities of the system application. The procedure of the choice of the system structural parameters ensuring a minimal duration of transient processes is developed.
