Object - informational - measuring technologies of the non-destructive control and technical diagnostics. The purpose - development and research of mathematical models of measurements processing in problems of the control at a priori input data shortage and volume of measurements sampling shortage. Methods - common of the whole science, statistical and mathematical methods. The outcomes - developed mathematical models and empirical decisive rules of control are applied for the control of oil and gas pipes of a wire gauge in the Poltava department of the Ukrainian state geological prospecting institute, and for the control of refractory on research-and-production firm "Mashinostroenie".
