Simonov M. Age peculiarities of immune and antioxidant status of chickens ISA BROWN cross and methods of their correction

Object – specific immunity against Gamboro illness, antioxidative status of chickens organism of different age and correction of their violations by preparations of “Viron” and “Izatizon”. Purpose – to establish the age peculiarity of chickens of cross ISA BROWN and to elaborate the methods of their correction. Methods – immunoassay, biochemical, statistical. Novelty – the new data about the age peculiarity of immunity, the peroxide lipids oxidation processes intensity and antioxidative system activity in chickens of cross ISA BROWN were obtained. First, it was established the influence of preparations of “Viron” and “Izatizon” on the immunological, biochemical and antioxidative indices of blood in chickens of cross ISA BROWN. Et has been shown that these preparations increase the title of antibodies against Gamboro illness, antioxidantive defence system enzymes activity and reduce the content of peroxide lipid oxidation products. “Viron” and “Izatizon” improve the protein metabolism in the organism ofchickens of cross ISA BROWN.
