Object of the research:are suffered with polysystems and polyorgans injuries in rural location. The purpose of the research is to improve the effectiveness of treatment of suffered with polyijury in rural location by means of optimization the process of giving medical aid in reason of standardized protocol scheme, adequate medical sorting and implementations of treatment-diagnostic measures. The methods of the research are: clinical, clinic-expert, statistical, epidemiological. The scientific innovativeness consists in carrying out the investigation and integral analysis of clinic-nozological and clinical-epidemiological peculiarities of polysystems and polyorgans injuries in rural location for first time. The scien-tific analysis and some methodological concepts of using standardized value system of injuries and the condition of suffered were carried out in according to the realities of rural location health protection. An original modification of stan-dardized value system PTS-Hannover is offered touse in rural location medical establishments. The practical meaning of the research consists in adaptation of original modification of standardized value system PTS-Hannover to the realities of rural location health protection. The possibility of using combined scale of Lyndzau in modification Mogaev G.O. and Malysh I.R. was proved. The created protocol scheme of giving medical aid to suffered with polysystems and polyor-gans injuries allowed to shorten lethal cases among 10,03% of patients. The results of this research are introduced in work of Vinnytsia Central Regional Hospital, Vinnytsia Regional Hospital named after M.I. Pirogov, Lypovets Cen-tral Regional Hospital and Olexandria Regional Hospital Kirovograd Region. Traumatologia and orthopedic.
