The features of perspective structurally-technological variants of producing the two-layer and two-sided castings from wear-proof white cast iron or non-shock high-tensile cast iron or grey cast iron by differentiated graphitizing, by carbide-stabilizing and spheroidizing modification of initial grey or white cast-iron in a mold are investigated. Functional dependences of the basic indexes of the quality of two-layer and two-sided cast-iron castings on technological parameters of the process of liquid metal modification in the reactionary chambers of the form of gate system are established.
