Mitsukova S. The peculiarities of the course, pathogenesis and treatment of osteoarthrosis against the background of diabetes mellitus

The object of the investigation is the patients with deferent versions of the osteoarthrosis (OA) course on the ground of diabetes mellitus (DM) and without it, the aim is the increase of the quality of diagnosis of different versions of OA course on the ground of DM , revealing the new links of pathogenesis of the disease and the development of the most optimal methods of articular pathology treatment in such patients , methods are clinical, roentgenologic, ultrasonic, biochemical, immunofermental, statistic , novelty : the peculiarities of the clinico-roentgenologic course of the periarticular tissues, spondylartthrosis and osteochondrosis of the spinal column in patients with accompanying DM of different types , the connection of the pathology of the locomotors system with the disturbances of carbohydrate metabolism with the severity of diabetic retinopathy, peripheral polyneuropathy , macroangiopathy and nephropathy have been revealed :the pathogenic significance of lipoid metabolic disorders the conditions of peroxide oxidation of lipoids and antioxidant protection and mediators of the inflammation (eicosanoids, cytokines)in OA on the ground of DM have been established; the results:the criteria with DM and prognosis of the efficacy of the treatment of the disease have been distinquished, the rational medical technology of the treatment of such patients has been developed ; it has been introduced into practice of rheumatological and endocrinological departments of Donetsk Redional Clinical Territorial medical whith, therapeutic clinic of institute of emergency and restorative surgery named affer V.K.Gusak AMS of Ukraine, Donetsk city, clinical hospital № 6, Lugansk Regional clinical hospital , Poltava city clinical hospital №4 Slavyansk sanatorium "Yubileiniy" and also into pedagogical process of Donetsk Medical University; the application area is the treatment-and-diagnostic process of rheumatological, therapeutic, endocrinological departments , the educational process of the therapeutical departmentsof Medical Higher educational institutions.
