Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the nannoplankton zonation, paleogeographical and paleoecological reconstruction of Paleocene-Eocene basins of the southern part of the East-European Platform. From the Paleocene-Eocene sediments of the studied sections 12 standard zones were established, the duration of unconformities was calculated, the paleogeographical and paleobionomic conditions of sedimentation were reconstructed.
