Essay

An object is the multiple injury of pelvis; the purpose is the decline of lethality and improvement of results of medical treatment of the victims with the injury of pelvis at multiple trauma; the methods - clinical-roentgenologic, magnetic-resonance, medical-statistical; the novelty - the clinical-nosologic structure of injury of pelvis is studied, the chart of helping is developed the victim with the multiple injury of pelvis, the principal reasons of lethality, character and structure of errors and complications, are definite, the device for stabilization of pelvis is developed, the remote results of medical treatment by the developed chart of estimation are studied; the results are the decline of lethality, improvement of remote results of medical treatment, patent, introduction in the traumatologic separations; the industry is an orthopedics and traumatology.
