Thesis considers the analisis of rationality within scientific and outscientific knowledge. There had been grounded the concept of complementarity of scientific and outscientific knowlege types on the basis of rationality. Rationality is the peculiar common determinator for various types of knowledge due to it's universal structure. The above structure includes four levels: The target one, the algorithmic one , the subjective one. The present structure is universal.
