An object is structurally functional disturbance of the shoulder at the fractures the greater tuberosity of humerus and their consequences; the purpose - to improve results of treatment of patients with a subacromial impingement syndrome after the fractures the greater tuberosity of humerus ; methods - anatomic, experimental, clinical, radiological, ultrasonical, magnetic-resonance; the novelty - investigated etiopathogenesis diseases at consequences of the fractures the greater tuberosity of humerus, clinico- instrumental system of diagnostics, pathogenetic proved system of restoration treatment and rehabilitation was developed, diagnostic-medical actions of the prevention subacromial impingement syndrome at the fractures the greater tuberosity of humerus was determined; results – improvement remote results of treatment, 3 patents, introduction, industry - orthopedics and traumatology.
