Essay

Work is devoted to development of new non-distractive testing method based on combination of electromagnetic and magnetic methods for ferroprobe testing of bulky details. The calculation model of the defect leakage field in the variable electromagnetic field is developed. Theory of ferroprobe transducers got further development, allowing to use them for registration of the variable magnetic fields. universal magnetomeasuring channel ,which allowes simultaneously receiving of information about the permanent and variable magnetic field registered by ferroprobe, developed and patented. Construction of local magnetosensitive element, that has high sensitiveness and interference immunity, is developed and the function of its transformation is certain. Basic work results are applied in industry on JSC "Dnepropetrovsk pipe factory" and LTD "Krestil-Ukraine", and also in educational process.
