Essay

A research object is a gear pump with the managed serve, in which the change of the swept volume is carried out the change of intercentral distance of the toothed hooking of pump. A research purpose is an increase of technical level and functional possibilities of gear pump by creation and research of capacity of gear pump with the managed serve. Methods of researches are methods of theoretical mechanics and theory of machines and mechanisms, methods of mechanics of liquid, gas and hydraulics, and also theory of processing of data and mathematical statistics. Practical value - the perspective method of adjusting of serve of gear pump is offered, practical recommendations are formulated and a method is developed for planning of gear pump with the managed serve with optimum technical parameters, research results are accepted to introduction at the Kirovograd plant of "Gidrosila". Scientific novelty - offered and grounded new method of adjusting of serve of GP by the change of intercentral distance ofthe toothed hooking of pump, the mathematical model of new chart of adjusting of serve is developed, the system of criteria of estimation of technical level of by volumes pumps is offered, further development was found by the method of geometrical design of parameters of the toothed hooking of pump.
