The dissertation work is devoted to the development of scientifically proved technology of the radiator's sections heating production made of aluminum alloys by casting under the pressure with vacuuming and its realization on the serial casting machines under the pressure by the modernization. In the work quantitative dependencies of the influence of the power and speed parameters of pressing with two phases of crystallization of thin-walled cast radiators were first set. The intercommunication of parameters of the casting under the pressure and mechanic parameters of the mono- and be-metallic radiator's sections had been gotten.
