Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to development of methods and facilities for a size probability distribution function of pulverized matters with use of laser radiation determination. The dependence of Fredholm equation of first kind solution accuracy from the solution frequency spectrum is determined. This solution made a framework for a new way of regularization parameter choosing in problems of powders size determination. The structure of particle sizes measuring device prototype is developed and substantiated. The device principle of operation is based on light scattering by small particles. The Mie theory made a basis of light scattering phenomena describing. Experimental tests proved appropriateness of proposed structure and algorithms of work of the device for a particles size distribution measuring . Main results of present work is used in development of industrial granulometer. Key words: granulometer, light scattering, Tikhonow regularization method, size distribution.
