Object of research - process of registration and control of level of peripheral microcirculation on the basis of optical-electronic facilities of "eye-processor type". The subject of research - are optical-electronic control device of "eye-processor type" for the evaluation of level of peripheral microcirculation. The methods of researches are based on the substantive provisions of systems analysis and theory of biomedical facilities, mathematical design, analysis and synthesis, mathematical statistics. The purpose of dissertation is the increase of authenticity of control of indexes of peripheral microcirculation by the use of optical-electronic facilities of "eye-processor type".Theoretical value are developed method of control of level of peripheral microcirculation is in-process improved on a certain wave-length sounding radiation that consists in registration of the reflected light stream by optical-electronic facilities "eye-processor" type, the mathematical models of control of haemodynamic indexes are first got on the basis of fuzzy logic, the masks of standards are first got on the basis of application of method of wavelet-transformation for the exposure of level of pathologies of peripheral. Practical value are developed to technical realization optoelectronic control haemodynamic indexes for proceeding of photopletizmograph by the use of compatible optoelectronic transformers of light streams for registration of level of peripheral microcirculation. Degree of introduction - within the framework of industry. The sphere (industry) of introduction is the policlinics and medical establishments.
