The author investigates process of origin and formation of a party of Christian democrats, her ideological and organizational principles after the Second world war and role CDU at revival of the German state. The especial attention is allocated to an explanation of ideological sources and historical traditions of Christian democracy, direct preconditions of occurrence CDU after crash of Nazism in Germany, and also process of formation of the initial and regional organizations of Christian democrats in different occupational zones and influence on it of occupational modes is determined. The originating of Christian-democratic trend parties in afterwar Germany was caused by social-political needs and social-economical conditions and profound ideal- political traditions and historical experience of Christian democrats activities. The process of arising first religious Christian-democratic organizations in four occupation zones began from the first weeks after crushing Nazism to 1946. At the land and zonelevel that process has been by 1950. During that time the numerous of party-organizational building members CDU was 400000 in West Germany and 220000 in East Germany. People's party which was CDU had the representatives of all social classes. CDU was evolving in organizational and ideal trend. In the dissertation it is opened ideological - program evolution of a party during definition of bases of the post-war state and social and economic device of Germany. It was proclaimed principles of democratic legal state by Christian morals at first in early program documents such as "Koln theses", "Appeal by German nation", "Frankfurt theses". The searches of new economical ways were in "Ahlen program" and economical model of "socialism with Christian according" in "Dusseldorf theses". Participation and a role of representatives CDU in institutions of local government, Economic and Parliamentary advice is found out. Features of process of elections to the Bundestag 1949 are tracked. The representatives of Christian democrats too part in the election to landtag and creustag were they had 19-58 % of all votes. But CDU could realized its ideals only at the local self-government.
