Essay

Offered biological substitutes of synovial fluid by physicochemical, structural and by tribological behavior characteristics are similar to natural synovia. The experimental investigation showed, that biological substitute of synovial fluid both in terms of 10 % medical gelatin, and in terms of blood serum of rabbit in the presence of hyaluronic acids possess trophic and lubricating properties for an articular cartilage. During experiment it is ascertained, that offered biological substitutes of synovial fluid do not cause negative reactions both from the direction of joint, in the cavity of which they were injected, and from the direction of organism. The experimental investigation showed, that biological substitutes of synovial fluid prevent formation of osteoarthrosis after partial excision of meniscus . The experimental investigation showed, that biological substitutes of synovial fluid prevent progress of osteoarthrosis, and this is it’s medical result.
