Chaperonins. Elaboration of the method of affinity chromatography (ACh) of chaperonins of cells of different organisms. Main methods: spectroscopy, electrophoresis, chromatography. The method of analysis of chaperonin content in different organisms by the ACh was proposed; conditions of interaction of GroEL with different denatured proteins was investigated; the method of ACh on the basis of denatured pepsin was applied for isolation and purification of GroEL.
