Essay

Primary pulmonary hypertension is a syndrome which includes chronic hypertension in a small blood circle, constriction of smooth muscle cells, proliferation of media and intima of muscular arteries, plexiform arteriopathy, right ventricle hypertrophy, presence of immature, displastic connective tissue. Manifestations of secondary hyperkinetic pulmonary hypertension are media myoelastosis, intimal hyperplasia, capillary ischemia, focuses of dysplastic connective tissue.
