Essay

The thesis is devoted to assessment of soils of agroecosystems (ordinary chernozem, dark grey podzolic, sod-podzolic) and its natural ecosystems. The compare study of soils by structural and functional of parameters of microbocenos was carried out. The main (contain of general microbial biomass, activity of respiration, protease, polyphenoloxidase and quotient humus's piling) and additional (process of cellulose destruction, nitrification, indexes of nitrogen mineralization-immobilization, pedotrophicity, oligotrophicity, indicator of humus mineralization, metabolic quotient and quotient of deflect of microbial biomass, containing of Azotobacter chroococcum, phytotoxic of soil) biodiagnostic indicators as the most informative and sensitive tests, that has been established for assessment and microbiological monitoring agroecosystems' soils. Ecological assessment of soil agroecosystems of biodiagnostic indicators, by the scale of desirability has been carried out. Soils with organic-mineral systems of fertility were more approximated to natural soils. By the scale of desirability they were on the highest level and characterized as excellent. Assessment of relative steady microbocenos by metabolic quotient and quotient of deflect of microbial biomass was carried out.
