Strunina V. Ethnic-social attitudes of university students in the structure of interpersonal interaction.

The thesis deals with the study of ethnic-social attitudes in the conditions of polyethnic environment. The author analyses the basic approaches to the problem of research in foreign and Ukrainian literature on psychology. The main problems of ethnic-social attitude measuring have been determined. The approaches of operationalization of ethnic-social attitudes measuring have been outlined. The obtained new empirical data extend the ideas of peculiarities of ethnic-social attitude and its place in the structure of social identity. The role of ethnic-social attitude in the structure of interpersonal relations in the conditions of polyethnic environment has been defined. The thesis determines the relationship between the parameters of young people's ethnic-social attitudes, matter and structure of interpersonal relations in the conditions of polyethnic environment. The peculiarities of ethnic-social attitudes of main ethnic-social groups of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea have been revealed. The role ofethnic-social attitudes in the interpersonal interaction has been determined. As a result of the empiric research the character of influence of ethnic-social attitudes on peculiarities of interpersonal interaction has been defined. Social and psychological factors of ethnic-social attitudes are analysed. The parameters of interpersonal interaction of youth of the Crimean ethnic-contact groups are determined. The ways of further working out of the problem are outlined.
