Essay

The object of the research is transformation of optical illumination process in electric signals in specialized information processing devices with frequency presentation. The subject of the research are transistors combined optonegatrons, elements and devices of automation on the basis of such optonegatrons and their characteristics. Research methods are based on the theory of approximation, theory of stability and sensitiveness, theory of electronic circuits analysis and computer simulations. The purpose research is improvement of technical characteristics of elements and devices of automation due to the use of combined dynamic optonegatrons. Theoretical and practical results are the conditions of potential unstability and the requirements for realization of a number of automation elements and devices on the combined transistors optonegatrons basis; approaches to expansion of functional possibilities, increase of galvanic decoupling and degree of miniature of active inductors, filters, sensors andswitch due to the use of optonegatrons are offered. The degree of implementation - within the industry. The sphere industry of the use is electronics.
