The object of research: Research object: unstationary modes of operations of technical equipment which is subject diagnostics and types of not stationaryness of his work. The purpose of research: development of method of preliminary treatment of information on the basis of stacionarizacii of measuring information. Methods of research: theory of chances, theory of casual processes, theory of IЬS and theory of reliability with the use of mathematical methods of functional analysis. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the new method of MK and IF is developed stacionarirzacii of informative signals and the basic model classes of processes for which the task of stacionarizacii can have a decision and taken to technical completion are selected.
