The object of research: Research object: unstationary modes of operations of technical equipment which is subject diagnostics and types of not stationaryness of his work. The purpose of research: development of method of preliminary treatment of information on the basis of stacionarizacii of measuring information. Methods of research: theory of chances, theory of casual processes, theory of IЬS and theory of reliability with the use of mathematical methods of functional analysis. Theoretical and practical results and innovations: the new method of MK and IF is developed stacionarirzacii of informative signals and the basic model classes of processes for which the task of stacionarizacii can have a decision and taken to technical completion are selected. A subject and degree of the application: basic results are dissertations which are based on the use of method of scale koefycientov and indicator functions it is inculcated in the production process of the Allukrainian research institute of analytical priborostroeniya, DP Factory the name of Malysheva of wIllows educational process on the department of the informatively-measurings systems of NAU. Effectiveness of implantation: accuracy estimate of IMS of diagnostics of wind-electric equipment decrease of methodical error. The sphere of application: high accurate IMS diagnostics.
